Logistics and transport for safer and more efficient supply chain management

Smart Attica’s partner, SEV| Stegi organised the 13^th Innovation Ready workshop, “Logistics and transport for safer and more efficient supply chain management“ on Thursday 25 January 2024.

Seven innovative Greek companies with complex supply chain needs conducted 34 B2B meetings with 18 startups and university spin-offs to explore synergies and discuss partnerships.

The meetings provided an opportunity for SEV member companies to learn about advanced technological solutions provided by Greek startups and to explore how they can meet their business needs by adopting innovative products and services. On the other hand, startups participating in the meetings had the opportunity to discuss and understand the needs and challenges faced by large Greek companies.

The aim of Innovation ready is to exploit and promote the technology designed and produced in Greece to give small and large companies in the country the opportunity to innovate and expand their competitive advantages.

In this Innovation Ready startups and spin-offs had the chance to experience Greek technologies, solutions and business models that increase productivity and reduce operating costs for companies with complex logistics needs:

Drones & cars fleet management
Leveraging artificial intelligence for decision making & process automation
Collection and distribution of material and products
Optimisation of internal logistics (intralogistics)
Optimum utilisation of space (warehouse) and inventory
