Smart Attica EDIH‘s partner, Hellenic Chamber of Hotels and its accelerator CapsuleT, organised the event New Technologies in Hospitality, for the members of the Athens – Attica, and Argosaronikos Hoteliers Association (AAAHA) on Wednesday 20 March 2024. The event aimed to present new solutions and technological applications to optimise hotel operations and upgrade customer services.
The event was greeted by Mr. Alexandros Vassilikos, President of Hellenic Chamber of Hotels , Ms. Labrini Zoulovits, President of AAAHA and Mr. Evgenios Vassilikos, Secretary-General of AAAHA. Periklis Terlixidis, Smart Attica EDIH Manager presented the hub’s mission, highlighting the digital innovation services it offers to advance the digital maturity of SMEs and public sector organisations in the fields of tourism and culture, energy and environment and supply chain and mobility.
Nine start-ups awarded at the CapsuleT acceleration program showcased their services and products and participated in the two panels discussions analysing the solutions they offer for hotel operations as well as customer experiences and services.
